We start by looking at the job with you. Which rooms need ventilation, what should the system do, and how does the work fit around your operations? Then you get a quote.
During installation we coordinate with the other trades on site. Once the system is in, we start it up, balance the airflows and check that controls and heat recovery work. Finally you get documentation of the system's performance, so you have a basis for running it.
We are happy to look after the system once it is installed. With a service agreement it is inspected on a fixed schedule, and if a fault occurs we already know the system. We have 24-hour emergency response when ventilation or cooling fails.
It depends on the size of the rooms, how much air the system has to move and where the ducts need to run. We are happy to come out, look at the job and give you a firm quote.
Often, yes. We first check the ducts for leaks and capacity. If they are in good shape, a new unit can be connected to the existing ductwork, which makes the replacement quicker and cheaper.
